Our Councelling Services use a ticket system
The study advice service, study abroad counselling, intership office and our doctoral studies service use a ticket system. This means that you need to book a ticket for every consultation appointment.
We recommend that you book a “scheduled ticket” in advance. This way you can avoid waiting times and receive preliminary information regarding your question in advance.
Alternatively, you can receive an “instant ticket” in the secretariat just before the consultation hours start, provided that there are still unbooked tickets left. We cannot guarantee you an appointment on the same day if you do not book a scheduled ticket.
Book your appointment now.
Please remember to cancel your ticket, in case you cannot keep your appointment!
Please note that no on-location service can be provided without an appropriate appointment.
