Changes of Counselling Services due to Covid-19 Virus

 

Due to the current situation, no personal counseling can be offered until further notice. Our Reception Faculty Head Office also is accessible again. We ask for your understanding that there is no possibility of study counseling at our Faculty Head Office.

The preferred method of counseling is the counseling via e-mail.

Additionally to the study counselling, we offer a telephone consultation hour for the organisation of study matters at the following time under the telephone number 0241-80-77301:

Mondays: 09:00 h - 10:00 h

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer face-to-face consultations or appointments to pick up documents. Internship forms that require a signature can either be sent to the Internship Office by e-mail or dropped into the Internship Office mailbox. They will then be sent to the ZPA after the final signature.

Please understand that matters that are not urgent or do not require prompt clarification will take longer to process.

Please send all applications to our doctoral office by mail or parcel service.Alternatively you can hand in your documents at our Faculty Head Office. Please understand that there is no possibility for consulting at this place.

Should you not be able to reach us via phone during the above-mentioned times due to the high demand, please arrange an individual phone appointment with us via e-mail.

For the mentoring program, it is possible to request a phone appointment. To do so, please send an e-mail including your name, matriculation number, phone number and a brief description of your concern to . Our counselors will then call you in order to arrange a phone appointment.

Applications can be submitted via e-mail, sent to the faculty by mail, or dropped in the "red mailbox" (Eilfschornsteinstraße 18, 52062 Aachen, first floor). The original document should not be submitted additionally if the application as already been sent to the examination board vie e-mail. Digitally submitted applications must be signed or digitally signed.

All results regarding the applications will be communicated to the applicants after the decision of the respective examination board. For this purpose, a decision letter will be sent via e-mail.
