After his education as industrial clerk Mr. Pingen completed his Bachelor Professional of Business (CCI) before he graduated his master’s degree from IPE Management School Paris.

Mr. Pingen is working for the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering since February 2009. In 2013 he took over the leadership as Head of Acounts & Human Resources Division. As advisor for the budgetary commission and qualitiy improvement funds he mainly is responsible for resource allocation of budgetary funds, staff positions and space requirements.

In the field of Human Resources Mr. Pingen is responsible for all kinds of staff applications of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and for the Dean's office contact person for every kind of personnel recruitment and -administration. Furthermore he is certified trainer for commercial apprentices for more than ten years.
