Ticket System
The study abroad counseling Face-to-face uses a ticket system. This means that you need to book a ticket for every consultation appointment. We recommend that you book a “scheduled ticket” in advance. This way you can avoid waiting times and receive preliminary information regarding your question in advance.
Alternatively, you can receive an “instant ticket” at the reception in the foyer of the faculty building just before the consultation hours start, provided that there are still unbooked tickets left. We cannot guarantee you an appointment on the same day if you do not book a scheduled ticket.
