Internship Office

The Internship Office at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is responsible for the accreditation of all mandatory internships at the faculty and is supervised by Mr Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Schröder.

Stefan Köpke and Nabil Bouarga manages the Internship Office and they are responsible for all questions regarding internships in the following Courses of Study:

Mechanical Engineering, B. Sc.
Business Administration & Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, B. Sc.
Technical Communication with principles of Mechanical Engineering, B. Sc.
Computational Engineering Sciences, B. Sc.
Master Degree Programs with internship requirements
Masters Programs at the International Academy of RWTH Aachen:
- Computer aided Conception and Production in Mechanical Engineering, M. Sc.
- Smart Productions Engineering, M. Sc.

Ticket System

Note that you need to book a ticket for every service we offer, including collection of internship reports or final signatures of the internship form.
We recommend that you book a “scheduled ticket” in advance. This way you can avoid waiting times and receive preliminary information regarding your question in advance. We cannot guarantee you an appointment on the same day if you do not book a scheduled ticket.
